Focusing on course theory and specific assessment tasks – each interactive support webinar is designed to equip you with the practical tools to help complete your course.

While not a compulsory part of the course, the interactive webinars are designed for those students who would like additional support.

Trainer Support

At Ivy we believe there’s no such thing as too much support.

Your experienced trainer is available to support you at every stage of the course. Upon enrolment you will be contacted directly by your trainer for a personal introduction. Throughout your studies you may contact your trainer with any course-related query by logging into myIVY, telephone, LiveChat or video conference – based on your needs. As you may be juggling study with work or other commitments your trainer is also available to assist at designated times outside of business hours.

If you would like additional support you also have access to workshops, where you can gain one-on-one support from your trainer.  Workshop attendance is optional. (i)

Technical Support

To keep you on course, we help you stay online. Our technical support team is available to assist you with password resets, myIVY features and functionality and other general technical enquiries.  Simply raise a support ticket through myIVY or telephone during business hours. (i)

We provide many opportunities to interact with your course peers, including online discussion forums where you can share challenges and find support. Friendly debates often achieve great things! Our workshops are a great chance to meet your peers in person and develop valuable, lasting relationships with people who share your interests and ambitions.
