Do you need an energy boost or are you in need of some relaxation? Aromatherapy can help!

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of aromatic plant oils, including essential oils, made from plants and flowers plant roots, leaves, stems and bark to promote physical health and emotional wellbeing. Aromatherapy can be used to alleviate symptoms of various health problems including headaches, insomnia, stress and digestive problems. It is also an all-natural alternative to help shape your emotions. Let’s have a look at the essentials oils that can assist with managing your emotions.

From diffusers to sprays, there is no shortage of ways to use natural essential oils. Taking the power of massage to a whole new level, essential oils can be used on their own or mixed with to create a desired blend.

Steps:

  • Mix your chosen oil(s) with a carrier oil (vegetable oils such as grapeseed or coconut)
  • Try a 2.5% dilution to begin with (6 drops per 15ml)
  • Dilutions range from 2%-10% – but it’s best to start low

Experiment with different oil blends and dilutions to discover what you enjoy most.
